Refund policy
At Himalibuti, responsibility does not end at checkout.
Because our products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns once delivered, except in cases of damage, incorrect items, or verified delivery issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@himalibuti.us with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not provide refunds or returns for:
– personal dissatisfaction or preference
– failure to read product details before purchase
– customs duties or import charges refusal
– shipping delays outside our control
– incorrect address provided at checkout
– orders marked delivered by the carrier
– opened or used products
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Himalibuti before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Orders confirmed as delivered, or disputes raised without prior contact, may be challenged with shipment and delivery proof.
Proof of Fulfillment
Himalibuti may use order confirmation, tracking details, delivery confirmation, and communication records as proof in any dispute.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge the non-returnable nature of consumable products once delivered, except in verified cases.
