Shipping policy

Himalibuti products are prepared with care and dispatched through trusted shipping partners.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier handling. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

DUTIES & TAXES — DDP
Himalibuti ships orders with duties and applicable import taxes paid by us.

There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for the customer to pay at delivery.

The price paid at checkout covers the order and applicable import duties/taxes handled under our shipping arrangement.

TRACKING
Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and being available to receive the order.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Himalibuti is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

DELIVERY COMPLETION
Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Himalibuti is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, weather conditions, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LOST OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Any delivery issue should be reported within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery status at contact@himalibuti.co.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, not accepted, or remains unclaimed by the customer, any return shipping, storage, redelivery, or other costs arising from the failed delivery may be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.
