Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time
International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and local handling. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking
Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and being available to receive the order.

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Himalibuti is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For orders within the United States:
All duties and import taxes are already covered. No additional charges will be collected at delivery.

For international orders (outside the United States):
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery.

Delivery Completion
Orders are considered fulfilled when marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Himalibuti is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Issue Claims
Any delivery issue must be reported within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery status at contact@himalibuti.us.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not accepted, any resulting charges or losses may be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.
