Wake up tocopper water.
An old habit. Made beautiful.
For generations, Indian homes have kept water in copper vessels overnight. Ayurveda calls it Tamra Jal. Himalibuti hammers that tradition into a tumbler you will want to be seen with.
An essential mineral
Copper is a trace mineral your body needs. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of connective tissue.
Ayurvedic tradition
Tamra Jal is among the oldest morning customs in Ayurveda, valued for generations as a gentle way to begin the day.
Hydration, first
Before tea, before your phone, before anything: a full glass of water. A beautiful tumbler by the bed makes that habit effortless.
Crafted by hand
Every dent is a hammer stroke, so no two tumblers are identical. Yours is the only one that looks exactly like yours.
Night to sunrise. Four simple steps.
Set it up in thirty seconds before bed. Nothing else to remember.
Fill with plain water
Rinse the tumbler, then fill it with clean, room-temperature drinking water. Place it by your bedside, lid on.
Let it rest
Sleep. The water settles with the copper through the night, the way it has in traditional homes for generations.
Drink it first
Before anything else, sip one glass slowly. Your first act of the day is already a good one.
Wash and repeat
Rinse, hand wash, dry well, and refill tonight. One small ritual, repeated.
HOW MUCH
One to two glasses of morning copper water is the traditional amount. Keep it simple.
WHEN
Fill at night. Drink on waking, on an empty stomach, before tea or coffee.
WHAT GOES IN
Plain drinking water only. Keep lemon, juice, milk and hot drinks out of the tumbler.
Copper first.
Shilajit next.
Two mountain-rooted traditions, one sunrise routine. The tumbler gives your morning its first step, and Elite Shilajit gives it the second.
Copper water
One glass from last night's tumbler, on an empty stomach.
Your Shilajit
A pea-sized portion, prepared separately in a cup of warm water or milk, with the copper spoon.
- Start the day with water, then the resin. Simple order, easy to keep.
- Shilajit is always prepared in its own cup, never inside the copper tumbler.
- Evening: refill the tumbler, ready for the next sunrise.
- The result is one calm, repeatable ritual that you will actually keep.
Can I leave water in it longer than overnight?
Overnight is the traditional window. Rinse and refill every day instead of storing water for long periods.
Can I add lemon, juice, or hot water?
Keep it to plain, room-temperature drinking water. Acidic or hot liquids do not belong in copperware.
How do I clean the tumbler?
Hand wash gently with mild soap, rinse, and dry fully with a soft cloth. Skip the dishwasher.
Where does the Shilajit go?
Prepare it in a separate cup, as directed on your jar. Take your copper water first, and the Shilajit after.
Fill it tonight.Meet your sunrise.
